Distribution Process

1. Creating Your Release

Start by creating your release and completing all the necessary metadata on the platform.

2. Requesting Distribution

Once your release is finalized, request distribution through the designated section on the platform.

3. Quality Control Review

Your release will undergo a Quality Control (QC) review to ensure it meets all guidelines. Once approved, it will be sent to your selected DSPs.

4. Tracking Your Release

Use the history section of the platform to monitor your release’s status at any stage of the process.

Publishing Timeline on DSPs

After delivery to DSPs, publication timing depends on the platform:

Typical Timing: Most DSPs publish content within 1 to 15 working days after delivery.

Holiday Delays: Festive periods may extend this timeline due to higher volumes.

To ensure timely publication, we recommend submitting your release at least 15 days before the desired release date.

Apple Music/iTunes Specifics

Apple Music/iTunes reviews each release upon delivery, a process that can take up to 5 days. If no issues are found, the release will go live shortly after. Plan ahead and consider the 15-day buffer to avoid delays.
